    Stylish and modern accommodations with really good staff. The breakfast spread was excellent, with chefs on-hand for special requests. Location isn't city center but taxis are affordable and reliable. Perfect for restful nights after city exploration!

    Amazing Service and Comfortable Stay

    During my visit, I was welcomed with a delicious homemade juice and a warm smile, setting the tone for an really good stay. Especially Mr Diego Loor, provided excellent service. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety. One area for improvement would be to enhance spa services for a more complete experience.

    Clean room, comfortable space, with a nice breakfast that energized us for a day of exploration. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

    A good breakfast surprise

    Woke up to an exquisite breakfast that included the fluffiest croissants and steaming coffee. The staff was genuinely friendly.

    There was a hiccup with room temperature. I missed having AC while I enjoyed the warm Cuenca nights. It made sleep a bit challenging.

    Had a blast with my friends! We visited the outdoor zoo with baby lions and saw howler monkeys having a great time. The hotel is centrally located. We enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks, and the service was excellent, especially the check-in process.

    Missed the spa, a bummer since I was looking forward to it. I did manage to get a massage in my room, but it wasn't the same experience I had hoped for.

    The staff, especially Daniel, provided really good service by helping recover a lost jacket and celebrating my special occasion with a thoughtful surprise. The only downside was the shower's temperamental hot water. A nice experience!
